From Fujian Province, probably the best known of Chinese high grade oolongs. The crinkly, slightly twisted leaves unfurl, as they brew, into lace-edged leaves and release a honey liquor with a smooth, delicate, orchid-like flavour and sweet floral aroma.
Brew for 1.5-2 minutes @75-80°C
