OzSpice.com’s Terms of Service ("Agreement")

Please read these Terms of Service completely before using OzSpice.com which is owned and operated by AuSpice. This Agreement documents the legally binding terms and conditions attached to the use of the Site at OzSpice.com.

By using or accessing the Site in any way, viewing or browsing the Site, or adding your own content to the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service. 

Payment

All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.

Shipping Policies

Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. 

Refund/Return Policy

Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, the seller is not responsible for a refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation

An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once the order has been processed, any changes made will be treated as a new order.

Complaints

Any complaints about items may be sent to our support team:
support@OzSpice.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution. Each case will be looked at individually.

Legalities

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility. 

Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its original content are the sole property of OzSpice.com and are, as such, fully protected by the appropriate international copyright and other intellectual property rights laws.

Termination

OzSpice.com reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site, without any advance notice.

Our Site does contain a number of links to other websites and online resources that are not owned or controlled by OzSpice.com.

OzSpice.com has no control over, and therefore cannot assume responsibility for, the content or general practices of any of these third party sites and/or services. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Legislation of Australia.

Changes to This Agreement 

OzSpice.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access OzSpice.com immediately.
