Delivery and returns

Delivery

Orders are shipped via Australia Post and are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Please allow an extra day or two for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Ramadan and holiday times. Delivery usually takes between 1-3 business days for most of Australia. 

OzSpice.com will not accept responsibility or liability for any delays or damage caused during transit.  Customers are advised to resolve the complaint with Australia Post.

International Deliveries

Orders are shipped via Australia Post International Airmail and are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day.  Please allow an extra day or two for us to process your order during peak periods such as Christmas, Ramadan and holiday times. Delivery usually takes between 7-10 business days.

Please note: Registered Post International has no tracking capabilities.

Customs

All orders are shipped duty unpaid (DDU). As customs policies vary from country to country, customers are advised to contact their local customs office for further information regarding their country's customs policies. 

New Zealand Customs Service's online tool WhatsMyDuty will estimate how much duty you may need to pay. 

Returns

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.  This is when the item: 

● has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it 
● is unsafe 
● is significantly different from the sample or description

Due to the perishable nature of these products we are unable to offer exchanges for purchases.  Please notify us immediately, via email, if you receive a faulty or damaged product.
